Rental Terms
Monthly Statements
Occupants will not receive monthly statements unless requested.
Security Deposits & Prepaid Rent
Security deposits and prepaid rent will be returned within 10 days of termination. Please make arrangements to pick up your check or have it mailed when vacating the unit.
Unit Condition Upon Vacating
Storage unit must be left empty and clean when you vacate.
